Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruitment for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engaging with leaders, colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds.

You’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience, leveraging a network of experts and EY’s brand across platforms. You’ll drive sourcing strategies, use inclusive methods, and integrate EY’s brand into recruiting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategy.
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders.
