Versaterm is a Canada-based, PE-backed SaaS company serving public safety. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles and confidential searches, partnering with the C-suite and senior leaders on hiring strategy.

You will develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies, using AI tools and analytics to advise leaders while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, including senior roles.
• Executive presence to advise C-suite and leaders.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation.
• Strong sourcing, ATS (Greenhouse), and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executives to define hiring needs and plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Senior Manager/Director roles including confidential searches.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience for senior roles.
• Use metrics and compensation intel to advise leaders.
• Lead TA initiatives with scoped timelines and stakeholders.
• Apply critical thinking to improve processes and tools.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting with human judgment.
• Support training and inclusive hiring practices.
• Coach TA team on best practices.
• Support Executive and VP searches and other mandates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy.
