Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Talent Lead to own the global recruitment function, lead end-to-end hiring across regions, and partner with executives to shape hiring strategy. You will drive AI-enabled processes, build pipelines, and champion employer branding in a fast-growing, hybrid environment.

The role manages executive-level searches, collaborates with the CPO and CEO, and develops proactive sourcing across functions while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring across all levels, including executive search.
• Experience overseeing talent operations across multiple regions, with ability to partner with distributed teams.
• Experience mentoring a team and leading direct reports toward operational excellence.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including C-suite.
• Data-driven with ATS analytics to inform decisions and report on metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (Claude, Gemini) to improve hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels and regions, as an active contributor.
• Oversee global talent operations and coordinate with regional leaders on priorities and delivery.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines across functions and seniority.
• Regularly align priorities with the talent team and leadership for clear ownership.
• Attend casting meetings to stay current on hiring priorities and business needs.
• Manage executive-level hiring end-to-end, including CEO and leadership interactions.
• Collaborate with People Operations to coordinate in-person interview logistics for executives.
• Maintain communication with the CPO to reflect company direction in talent strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals.
• Advocate employer branding, candidate engagement, and diversity across hiring activity.
• Track metrics and use data to improve processes and outcomes.
• Encourage adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
