Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring an Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact leadership searches across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You will partner with founders to define roles, map markets, and close top VP- and C-level talent, leveraging AI tools to optimize every step of the process.

You will build the executive recruiting function from scratch, establish interview frameworks, and drive a repeatable, scalable process that aligns with TRM's fast-growing, globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive search, with a track record of personally closing VP and/or C-level hires.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments and scaling leadership teams.
• Established network of senior leaders and ability to engage exceptional talent.
• Experience owning retained-style leadership searches end-to-end, from mandate through close.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership searches end-to-end across GTM, R&D, and G&A.
• Partner with founders and executives to define roles and guide hiring decisions.
• Develop and lead executive outreach, market mapping, and pipeline building.
• Create scalable recruiting processes, interview structures, and scorecards.
• Represent TRM at the highest level and deliver a superior candidate experience.
