Qualificações
- Bachelor degree with 10+ years talent acquisition experience or 12+ years experience.
- 7+ years of experience focused on executive recruiting.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to fill leadership roles.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders in the executive process.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives to create recruiting strategies for executive roles.
- Identify and hire top executive talent critical to the business.
- Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
- Plan and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.
