Job summary

Ensono seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda from a close, business-focused vantage point. You’ll translate strategy into actionable initiatives, own critical programs, and influence executive decisions at the highest levels, partnering across the ELT and board to deliver outcomes.

You’ll oversee the annual strategy cycle, run key forums, manage portfolio governance, and coach initiative leads, while building an AI-enabled strategy office

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy ops, consulting, corporate development or chief-of-staff roles
• Experience running enterprise planning across functions with governance and executive readouts
• Evidence of original strategic thinking influencing direction or operating model
• Strong problem solving and financial fluency including P&L and EBITDA impact
• Executive-grade communication from memos to board summaries
• Ability to lead without authority and hold senior leaders accountable
• Presence to sit in senior leaders’ staff meetings and contribute
• Rigorous program management habits (charters, plans, risk logs, status reporting)
• Hands-on fluency with AI productivity tools, data and dashboards
• Absolute discretion with confidential information and transactions
• Bachelor’s degree
• Travel ~10% across executive strategy sessions and diligence

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy from close to the business and stay aligned with priorities
• Coordinate and run the annual strategy cycle and initiative portfolio end-to-end
• Lead corporate development and strategic analysis including acquisitions and partnerships
• Steward executive client and market programs like the Executive Advisory Council
• Shape transformation and build the strategy office with AI-enabled dashboards and summaries
• Represent the Strategy team across executives and deputy for the CSO in forums
