Ensono seeks a Senior Director of Strategy & Execution to shape the company’s annual strategy and translate it into a governed portfolio of initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, ELT and board, own execution, and influence decisions through memo-ready analysis and thoughtful framing.

You’ll lead the annual strategy cycle, run executive forums, guide corporate development, and build an AI-enabled strategy office with dashboards and automated summaries.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy ops, or related roles.
• Track record with C-suite executives and executive readouts.
• Strong problem solving and P&L/EBITDA fluency.
• Executive communication—from memos to board summaries.
