Job summary

Ensono seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to shape and run the annual strategy, governance, and executive forums. You will translate strategy into action, lead key initiatives, and partner with the CEO, ELT and board to drive critical decisions.

This role requires deep strategic thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to influence without authority across cross‑functional teams. The position offers exposure to executives, a plan for growth into broader leadership, and a pay scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy or strategy operations including C-suite experience.
• Proven enterprise planning across multiple functions with governance and executive readouts.
• Original strategic thinker with business-case and investment experience.
• Strong problem solving, financial fluency and executive communication.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree; travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy from close to the business and oversee annual strategy cycle.
• Own initiative portfolio, charters, sponsors, and governance with ELT alignment.
• Run executive forums, board-ready content, and reporting cadence.
• Coach initiative leads in problem structuring and decision-ready writing.
• Lead corporate development and strategic analysis including partnerships.
