Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to drive the company’s strategic direction and translate it into executable initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, CSO, and ELT, shaping the strategy cycle and portfolio while guiding critical programs to successful outcomes.

You will own governance for key initiatives, run executive forums, and advance transformation through data-driven dashboards and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, or a chief-of-staff role.
• Proven track record running enterprise planning across functions.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and memos.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual strategy process end to end with charters and measures.
• Lead initiative portfolios and executive forums including ELT and board materials.
• Coach leaders on problem structuring and decision-ready writing.
