Ensono is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy & Execution to shape and drive the company’s long-term strategy from close collaboration with the CEO, ELT and board. This remote US role emphasizes turning strategy into action, leading initiatives, and building an AI-enabled strategy office to improve decision making.

You will own the strategy cycle, oversee portfolio execution, and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining executive-level discretion and judgment.

Competenze

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development or a chief-of-staff role, including direct work with C-suite executives.
• Track record of running enterprise planning or strategic initiative processes across multiple functions.
• Evidence of original strategic thinking that changed direction, offerings, or operating model.

Mansioni

• Lead annual strategy process end-to-end, from theme intake to executive strategy session and decision gates.
• Stand up approved initiatives with charters, sponsors, accountable leads, plans and success measures, and monitor the portfolio.
• Coach initiative leads on problem structuring and decision-ready writing; produce templates and toolkits.
• Personally lead high-priority initiatives or special projects each year.
• Coordinate and run the monthly business review with the CEO and President, shaping agenda and content.
• Prepare materials for the ELT, board and investors, including content for board meetings.
