Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy & Execution to shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda. You will work closely with the CEO, President, ELT, and board to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and governance, while leading critical programs and improving operating rhythms.

The role emphasizes original strategic thinking, disciplined program management, and hands-on leadership of high-priority initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development or chief-of-staff with exposure to C-suite.
Experience leading enterprise planning or strategic initiatives across functions with governance and executive readouts.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable programs and memos for leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the annual strategy process end to end, from theme intake to executive decision gates.
Stand up initiatives with charters, sponsors and accountable leads, with measurable success.
Coordinate and run the monthly business review and other strategy forums for the CEO and ELT.
Lead corporate development activities, evaluating acquisitions or partnerships where relevant.
Develop an AI-enabled strategy Office with dashboards and automated summaries.
