Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to sit in remote United States. You will own the machinery translating strategy into action, shaping annual strategy, and guiding executive forums with the CEO, ELT and board.

This role requires 10+ years in corporate strategy, strong financial fluency, and proven ability to influence senior leaders. You’ll build an AI-enabled strategy office, lead key initiatives, and coordinate a cross-functional portfolio while driving transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy and related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise planning and executive readouts.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem solving and financial fluency with P&L/EBITDA impact.
• Excellent communication and memo-to-board material creation.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and drive execution; translate strategy into action.
• Lead critical initiatives personally and influence executive decisions.
• Develop broad understanding of Ensono’s business across functions.
• Lead annual strategy cycle and initiative portfolio end to end.
• Coordinate and run monthly business reviews and executive forums.
• Lead corporate development and strategic analysis including M&A options.
• Steward executive client and market programs.
• Shape transformation and build the strategy office.
