Ensono is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy & Execution to shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda with direct exposure to the CEO and ELT. This remote role focuses on translating strategy into executable initiatives, with accountability for governance, prioritization and corporate development.

The position requires a decade of strategy experience, strong financial acumen and exceptional executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy or related leadership roles.
• Experience with portfolio governance, initiative processes and executive readouts.
• Proven track record in strategic thinking that changed direction.
• Strong financial fluency with P&L/EBITDA insight.
• Executive communication—from memos to board summaries.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience attending senior leaders' staff meetings.
• Rigorous program management with charters and risk logs.
• Hands-on fluency with AI productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; travel ~10%.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute the enterprise strategy with regular executive exposure.
• Own annual strategy process end-to-end and initiative portfolio.
• Lead forums: monthly business review and AI program standup.
• Coach initiative leads in problem structuring and decision-ready writing.
• Build AI-enabled strategy office and dashboards.
