Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a high-volume food service with supervisory experience.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification held.
• Knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking and allergen management.
• Proven ability to lead production priorities and staff in fast-paced settings.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Training Table production for 150+ student-athletes across meals.
• Coordinate with CSU Sports Dietitians to align menus with performance goals.
• Oversee kitchen workflow, prep scheduling, and service execution with team calendars.
• Train/mentor line cooks and ensure ServSafe and CSU standards compliance.
• Support pre-game meals, road trips, and special athletic events as needed.
