Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Executive Performance Dining Chef to enhance player health with nutritionally optimized meals for players and coaches. You will lead culinary staff, manage menus and budgets, and ensure high-quality, nutrient-dense meals across athletic programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary performance nutrition team to tailor meals to athletes’ metabolic needs while maintaining food safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of culinary management experience in athletic nutrition settings.
• Strong understanding of menu costing, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and nutrition-focused menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and recipes for player and coach meals with a focus on nutrient-dense options.
• Lead culinary staff, hire, schedule, review performance and manage staffing with HR as needed.
• Oversee culinary budget, menu costing, inventory tracking and invoice processing.
• Establish relationships with quality, local vendors and ensure safe food storage and handling.
