Flower Child is a Dallas, TX-based concept within Fox Restaurant Concepts that focuses on veggie-forward, healthy meals. We’re hiring an Executive Sous Chef with a target compensation of $65,000–$70,000 plus a 10% bonus, for a full-time role that supports a vibrant, high-volume kitchen.

You will lead shifts, supervise teams, ensure quality and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction while managing daily operations and financials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Responsibilities
