Job summary

Google is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for Executive Recruiting to identify and engage leadership talent across the business, owning talent markets for a given function. You will build relationships, advise executives, and manage searches end-to-end with a data-driven approach.

You will work with Google's Executive Recruiting Team to deliver high-impact leadership hires, contributing to strategic talent initiatives and improving recruiting processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or related fields such as sales, customer service, account management or business development.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across non-technical and technical roles.
• Provide effective project management, driving searches forward with consistent experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
• Collaborate with executive recruiters to advise executives on talent market trends and needs.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for future leadership opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
