Google’s Cloud Executive Recruiting Research Team is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify and cultivate leadership talent across diverse business functions. You will own strategic searches, partnering with recruiters to deliver high-impact leadership candidates while shaping market insights and sourcing approaches.

Minimum qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
• 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

• Experience in executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
• Experience maximizing teams as well as individual performance while being a collaborative team player.
• Demonstrated success delivering executive services, especially board placement.
• Open learning mindset and demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter and to understand new markets, areas, roles, business initiatives.
• Ability to be accountable, have integrity and authenticity.
• Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.

The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team’s work is focused solely on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company.
