Google is seeking a Sourcing Specialist within the Executive Recruiting Team to identify and engage leadership talent across the organization. You will cultivate relationships with passive candidates and guide them through Google's hiring process, ensuring a strong match to leadership opportunities.

You will own talent markets for defined business areas, use diverse sourcing methods, and collaborate with recruiters to provide market insights.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or related field.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches across non-technical and technical functions.
• Provide effective project management, drive searches forward, and create consistent experiences for hiring managers and clients.
• Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain and market insights and advise executives on talent needs.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and talent for future opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, services, and processes.
