Qualifications

3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or related fields.
1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across non-technical and technical roles.
Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and ensuring consistent experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
Partner with executive recruiters to provide market insights and advise executives on talent needs.
Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment systems, services, and processes.
