Job summary

Google is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for the Executive Recruiting Team to identify and cultivate leadership talent across Google’s leadership roles. You will own searches, engage senior-level candidates, and guide them through our rigorous process.

You will partner with recruiters to deliver market insights and build long-lasting relationships with top talent. You will operate within a data-driven, fast-paced environment, delivering outcomes and influencing stakeholders without authority.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
• Experience in executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
• Open learning mindset and ability to grasp new complex subject matter quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across non-technical and technical functions.
• Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients.
• Collaborate with executive recruiters to provide market insights and advise executives on talent needs.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Minimum qualifications:

The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team's work is focused solely on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company.

You will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will own the talent market(s) for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the talent in the space, to develop long-lasting relationships, and to match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned. You will be an investigative and detail-oriented problem solver, and a strong resourceful manager of projects and processes who delivers outcomes.
