The ideal candidate has 5+ years of executive-level administrative support, strong DoD/government knowledge, and mastery of MS Office and SharePoint. Remote work is not offered; contract could extend for two more years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years executive-level administrative and management support in federal/government/military environment.
• Experience managing official correspondence and task-tracking for senior offices.
• Experience interacting with SES, Flag Officers, GS-15 personnel, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Publications and Issuances Program within the Executive Secretariat.
• Oversee publication development, coordination, review, approval, dissemination, review cycles and cancellation.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/DHA guidance and formatting standards for publications.
• Coordinate staffing reviews and track timelines for required reviews; maintain central catalog of materials.
