Job summary

Dynamic Integrated Services seeks an Executive Secretariat Program Manager (Publications & Issuances) to support WRNMMC at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The role will manage the full lifecycle of publications, ensure compliance with DoD and DHA guidance, and coordinate reviews across directorates.

The ideal candidate has executive-level administrative experience, strong communication and project management skills, and an ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience providing executive-level administrative and management support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage official correspondence and task-tracking systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Publications and Issuances Program lifecycle within the Executive Secretariat.
• Coordinate internal reviews, alignment with DoD/DHA/WRNMMC guidance, and document formatting.
• Track and report on reviews, updates, and program metrics.
• Coordinate staffing across WRNMMC directorates and stakeholders.
• Provide training and direct support for publication development and revision.
• Maintain the publications repository and version control.
• Develop templates and guidance for WRNMMC publications.
• Prepare status updates, briefings, and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, clinical, and administrative reviews.
• Provide operational support across Executive Secretariat functions during surges.
