You will manage the lifecycle of WRNMMC publications, ensure compliance with DoD, DHA and WRNMMC guidance, and coordinate with senior staff and stakeholders. The role requires five years of executive-level administrative support in a federal or military setting, strong written and oral communication, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Five years of executive-level administrative support in federal government or military environment.
• Experience managing official correspondence and task-tracking systems for a senior-level office.
• Proven interaction with SES, Flag Officers, GS-15, and industry executives.
• Knowledge of DoW/DHA policies and records management instructions.
• Mastery of English; superior written communication; drafting and editing executive documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage WRNMMC Publications and Issuances Program lifecycle.
• Coordinate staffing across WRNMMC directorates and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, DHA, WRNMMC guidance and proper formatting.
• Maintain publications repository with version control and archiving.
• Provide status updates, metrics, and trend analysis on publication reviews.
