Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks a full-time Executive Secretariat Program Manager for Publications & Issuances to support the Defense Health Agency and WRNMMC.

You will oversee the lifecycle of executive publications and ensure accuracy, coordination, version control, and alignment with higher headquarters guidance. The role requires interfacing with senior leaders and directorates to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and dissemination of official documents, with a focus on compliance and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years executive-level administrative support in Federal Government or military environment.
• Experience managing official correspondence and task-tracking systems.
• Proven ability to interact with high-level officials and staff.
• Knowledge of military command structure and government records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of WRNMMC publications and issuances.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and dissemination of documents.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/DHA/WRNMMC requirements and guidance.
• Maintain version-controlled repository and templates for publications.
• Provide training and support for staff on publication processes.
• Track review cycles, deadlines, and actions; report metrics.
