Wonder Group, INC seeks a Senior Recruiter, Executive & Strategic Hiring to lead executive and senior leadership searches end to end, partnering closely with C-suite and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

The role handles hard-to-fill, business-critical hiring across business and business-technology functions, delivering a high-touch candidate experience and shaping the executive hiring playbook.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. 4+ years filling Director–C-suite roles.
• Proven partner to C-suite and senior leaders as trusted advisor.
• Experience closing senior searches across business and business-technology functions.
• Strong executive presence and polished communication.
• Advanced sourcing and market-mapping for passive talent.
• Experience negotiating executive offers, including equity.
• Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Manage a focused portfolio of senior and executive searches from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive talent using target lists and market mapping.
• Lead discreet conversations and keep executive prospects engaged at each stage.
• Prepare leaders and interview panels, run debriefs, and drive hiring decisions.
• Provide executives with updates on pipeline, risks, and next steps.
• Define role profiles and ideal candidates with C-suite leaders.
• Design reliable interview processes with clear stages and close.
• Manage executive offers and negotiations, including equity.
