Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead senior and executive searches across business and technology functions. You will work as an embedded member of our Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with senior leaders and delivering a white-glove experience to executive candidates.

You will own end-to-end search processes, source passive candidates, and manage in-flight searches with discretion and care, maintaining pipeline visibility and market insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior exec searches.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Experience handling director through VP or C-suite searches.
• Experience as an embedded contract recruiter using a company's ATS (Workday preferred).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Run senior and executive searches end to end from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion, responsiveness, and care.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline and next steps.
