Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead senior and executive searches across business and business-technology functions, partnering directly with senior leaders to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.

You will own end-to-end search processes, source passive candidates, manage executive candidates, and coordinate interview panels while providing market insights and timely updates to hiring leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience on Director through VP or C-suite searches.
• Experience partnering with senior executive leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Experience embedded as a contract recruiter in a company’s ATS (Workday preferred).

Responsabilités

• Run assigned senior and executive searches end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion, responsiveness, and care.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share clear weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline, risks, and next steps.
