Arrow Electronics is seeking an Executive Business Partner & Sales Operations Administrator to partner with the VP of Sales NA, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and drive operational reporting. The role blends executive support with sales operations, forecasting, and analytics using the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations; support planning processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, business operations, sales operations, chief of staff support, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Copilot, and Cowork.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications.

Responsabilités

• Executive Support & Business Management: Provide executive-level support to the VP of Sales NA; manage calendars, travel, expenses, and meetings.
• Sales Operations & Reporting: Develop recurring sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline analysis; support Salesforce reporting and Anaplan planning.
• Microsoft Platform & AI Leadership: Proactively leverage Copilot and Cowork to automate tasks and improve reporting; build dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Work independently, track priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost accountability.
