Arrow Electronics is seeking an Executive Business Partner & Sales Operations Administrator to act as a trusted partner to the VP of Sales, North America. You will blend executive support with business management, reporting, analytics, and sales operations execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, business operations, sales operations, chief of staff support, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Cowork.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential information with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the VP of Sales for North America.
• Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
• Draft and manage executive communications and liaise with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support forecasting, planning, and operational review processes.
• Build dashboards and BI reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify automation opportunities using Microsoft 365 tools to improve productivity.
