Arrow Electronics seeks an Executive Business Partner & Sales Operations Administrator to partner with the VP of Sales, North America, delivering executive support while driving reporting, planning, and sales operations execution.

The role blends calendar management, travel coordination, dashboard and forecasting support, and business analytics using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, Anaplan, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, business operations, sales operations, chief of staff support, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Cowork.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President of Sales for North America.
• Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective use of executive time.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and manage associated logistics.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, staff meetings, offsites, QBRs, conferences, and special events.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and action-item follow-up plans.
• Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, employees, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
