Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Executive Business Partner & Sales Operations Administrator to partner with the Vice President of Sales, North America. The role blends executive support with business management, reporting, and sales operations execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in Microsoft 365 apps, including Copilot and Cowork, with experience in dashboards and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, business operations or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Copilot, and Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President of Sales for North America.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and executive communications.
• Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support forecasting, planning activities, and data quality initiatives.
• Build dashboards and BI reporting using Power BI and Excel.
