Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks an Executive Business Partner & Sales Operations Administrator to partner with the VP of Sales, North America. The role blends executive support with business management, reporting, analytics, and sales operations execution to drive organizational accountability and productivity.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot, and Cowork, building executive-ready insights and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, business operations, sales operations, chief of staff support, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President of Sales for North America.
• Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective use of executive time.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and manage associated logistics.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, staff meetings, offsites, QBRs, conferences, and special events.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and action-item follow-up plans.
• Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, employees, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
