Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide consistent support to staff and ensure positive guest interactions.
• Uphold standards, ensure product quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Give employees consistent feedback to aid development and performance.
• Staff the unit: interview, hire, and train hourly team members and conduct orientations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (Daily Sales, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor) and manage order placement and inventory to maintain operations.
