Hollywood Casino-Aurora, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for the Red Lotus concept. You will oversee all aspects of operations, ensure guest experiences meet high standards, and drive financial performance in a fast-paced casino setting.

Lead front-of-house and kitchen teams, recruit and train staff, manage food costs, and build relationships with guests to grow loyalty while maintaining regulatory compliance and brand authenticity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume, upscale or celebrity-driven restaurants.
• Proven track record managing large teams and delivering guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality standards.
• Maintain authenticity and consistency in Asian cuisine offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Recruit, train and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.
