Job summary

Little Six Casino is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Red Orchid to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume, elevated service environment. The role emphasizes guest experience, team development, and strong partnership with culinary leadership.

You will coach and lead a diverse team, manage staffing and service standards, and drive financial performance while maintaining compliance and quality. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality management or business, or 6+ years restaurant experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, labor management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations preferred, casino experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence.
• Leads front-of-house and supports team through coaching and accountability.
• Manages guest satisfaction, service standards, and guest recovery.
• Partners with culinary leadership to ensure food quality and menu execution.
• Controls labor costs, budgeting, and financial performance.
