Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a high touch, high volume environment.
• 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite, VP or senior leadership hiring.
• Experience coordinating multi-stage interview processes across multiple time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-stage interview processes across time zones and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate prep calls, debriefs, feedback sessions and decisions.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and blockers to keep searches moving smoothly.
• Provide interview plans and materials to interviewers and candidates.
• Act as a trusted contact for senior candidates with a discreet and polished experience.
