Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Data Center & Infrastructure Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure and engineering roles in the United States. You will own candidate sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers and regional teams.

You will build strong talent pipelines, influence hiring strategy and drive candidate experiences across multiple sites as Nebius scales its data center footprint globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering or Telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management.
• Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across the US market.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future data center launches.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and labor market challenges.
• Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships.
