Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or HR/Business Admin certification.
• 1 year of support experience in recruiting or HR.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and hiring processes, including phone screens, interviews, and offers.
• Manage job postings and applicant flow in ATS and onboarding systems.
• Coordinate career events and recruitment outreach with schools and organizations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist with onboarding, new employee orientation, and internship program coordination.
