Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Leadership Recruiter to partner with executives and senior leaders to identify and hire exceptional leadership talent across the company. You’ll own searches from profile development and market mapping through candidate engagement, assessment, and close, developing a strong point of view on where the best talent sits.

Qualifications

6+ years of recruiting or executive search experience with leadership hiring.
Experience supporting venture-backed, growth-stage, or tech companies; or in-house leadership recruiting at high-growth tech firms.
Exceptional research and market-mapping capabilities; build leadership markets from scratch.
Ability to map leadership teams and target companies to identify owners and close successors.
Ability to synthesize market information into a clear point of view for senior stakeholders.
Strong judgment and discretion handling confidential searches.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end searches for leadership roles, especially Director, VP, and executive levels.
Partner with executives to translate business needs into leadership profiles and strategies.
Lead market-mapping and research strategies for each search; map talent landscapes.
Identify non-obvious talent pools and adjacent markets beyond obvious competitors.
Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and relationship building.
Serve as trusted advisor to hiring executives with market intelligence and recommendations.
Design and drive disciplined search processes from kickoff to closing.
