Job Duties:

An Executive Recruiter is a sales position focusing on Client Development and Candidate Recruitment. You will manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to the execution of the search. Applicants should have the ability to develop strong relationships with accounting and finance professionals and be effective at persuading and influencing executives. You will build key relationships with decision makers and consult with them on their talent needs.

Client Development:

Develop a client base and manage existing relationships within the Denver marketplace. Manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, direct marketing, and client presentations. Build relationships with hiring officials at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and mid-market firms, consulting on their talent needs.

Candidate Recruitment:

Identify and build relationships with talented middle management and executive-level accounting and finance professionals. Match their skills with open searches, understanding their career aspirations and goals to align with client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
