We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Desk Recruiter or Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients across various industries.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Market Research and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential markets and industries for business expansion and create strategies to penetrate those markets.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions.

Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development efforts and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
