Company Profile:

Our client is a leader in fire protection and life safety services. They are rapidly expanding, growing both organically and through acquisitions. Having laid a strong foundation, they are now ready to scale and expand their team. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their Lafayette, IN-based sales team.

Job Description:

1. The Account Executive will proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting and networking to secure appointments with facility directors/managers and existing building owners at the decision-maker level.
2. The Account Executive will develop vertical markets, identify new business opportunities, and create go-to-market strategies for customers.
3. The Account Executive will meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual territory quotas for products and services, along with achieving strategic goals and targets as assigned by sales management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• A proven history of success, thriving in and fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture. You believe in winning as a team and pursue your goals and professional growth with dedication, integrity, and high ethical standards.
• Experience selling fire protection and life safety services, driving revenue, and helping build strong go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in identifying high-value prospects, executing effective sales campaigns, and converting prospects into customers.

Location:

This is a remote sales position. Ideal candidates must be based in Columbus, OH, or the surrounding area, with an expectation of reporting to the local branch as needed and working in the field to meet accounts. Travel 30-50% within the assigned territory.
