Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a General Manager for apartment communities to oversee property operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and a high‑performing team. You’ll monitor daily activities, analyze market dynamics, and supervise leasing, maintenance, and centralized services.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, set budgets, guide marketing and pricing, stay informed on market conditions, and build connections with residents through events.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail management.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may operate a vehicle if required.
• Proficient computer literacy and strong written/spoken English communication.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Smartphone required for certain job tasks.
