The role requires 5+ years in multi-family property management, 2+ years of people leadership, and a track record of coaching and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations, including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing.
• Experience utilizing data/reports to develop solutions to sustain high standards of customer service, revenue generation, and expense management.
• Successfully resolves resident issues as demonstrated by past work experience.
