Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across one or more communities, ensuring high-quality, luxury living standards. You will manage a team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining resident satisfaction through proactive reliability and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance or related field with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, fitness equipment, waste management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance for one or more communities, including building systems and amenities.
• Conduct property visits and coordinate with on-site supervision to improve maintenance performance.
• Ensure operations meet Vivmark’s standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
