Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Two years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and evaluation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate presidential priority initiatives and partnerships.
• Lead discovery sessions and value stream workshops with campus stakeholders.
• Track timelines, deliverables, decisions and actions across divisions.
• Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Develop SOPs, guides, and training toolkits for campus units.
