Based in the Office of the President, you will manage executive-level projects, engage stakeholders, and serve as a liaison with government, industry, and community partners to develop programming and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Two years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate presidential initiatives and high-profile partnerships.
• Plan discovery sessions and map current-state workflows with stakeholders.
• Track timelines, deliverables, decisions, and action items across divisions.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and project plans for leadership.
• Develop SOPs and training toolkits for campus units undergoing change.
• Support coordination with government, civic, and community partners.
• Assist with protocol planning, visit logistics, and outreach to partners.
• Draft internal updates and talking points for campus stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing on media opportunities and storytelling.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure post-implementation success.
