ESFM is seeking an organized PIMO Manager to lead governance, reporting, and project schedules for site openings and initiative rollouts. You will translate operational activity into executive insights, drive KPI dashboards, and support senior leadership with risk and readiness updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, project governance, or integrated facilities management.
• Ability to create executive-level dashboards and KPI narratives.
• Experience managing complex schedules and cross-functional programs.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint and related tools.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own governance structure for KPI, SLA, project and business review reporting.
• Develop performance dashboards converting data into insights for operations and finance.
• Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with performance updates and risks.
• Manage integrated project schedules for site openings and program initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, sourcing, engineering and site leadership for inputs.
• Provide concise performance narratives and readiness summaries for leadership.
