Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in facilities services or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, staff development and performance reviews.
• Organize daily activities, events, project moves, and vendor contracts.
• Manage vendor relations, monitor performance, and source new vendors.
• Ensure safety and security, emergency plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Track financials, payroll, inventory, service reports and achievements.
